In 2045, Da Nang will become a smart city and startup center
The Politburo has just issued Resolution No.43-NQ / TW on Da Nang construction and development to 2030 and vision to 2045.


Accordingly, the goal by 2030, Da Nang will become one of the major socio-economic centers of the whole country and Southeast Asia as a center for startup, innovation, tourism and trade, finance, logistics, high-tech industry, information technology, supporting industries.

In 2030, Da Nang will become an ecological, modern and smart city, a worth living city, a party organization and a strong political system, a pioneer in reform and innovation, the people have living standard of 3 top local groups  in the whole country. Per capita income is about 8,700 USD / year.

The proportion of gross national product over the whole country is over 2%; the economic structure will shift to services with the proportion of 62-65%, industry and construction of 28-30%, agriculture of 1-2%.

Da Nang's target and vision to 2045 will become a large, ecological and smart city, a center of startup, innovation, a coastal city, worth living city in the Asia.

In particular, the Resolution states that the Politburo agrees to advocate the need for specific mechanisms and policies to build and develop Da Nang city, to create a driving force for the development of the Central Region - Central Highlands and the whole country.

Specific mechanisms and policies need to be thoroughly studied, in order to ensure correlation and similarity with other major cities in the country; the clear things are effectively proven we should do immediately, new, complicated and urgent things, we research and implement pilots.
