Discovered thousands of clothes with fake labels and famous brands
Accordingly, at the address of Village 6, Tam Hiep Commune, Phuc Tho District, the Hanoi Market Management Team No. 20 of the Hanoi Department of Market Management collaborated with the Economic Drug Investigation Police Team, Phuc Tho District Police to check the Hai Ha Clothes Producing and Trading establishment.

Many counterfeit clothing brands were seized.

Through the inspection, the inspection team discovered that the establishment was affixing the trademarks LV, Adidas so the processed clothes were ready to pack products.

The inspection team has temporarily seized all goods and means showing signs of violation to clarify the case, including: 1,270 T-shirts with Adidas labels; 240 T-shirts with the LV label; 4,155 Adidas sleeveless suits; 7.5 kg of Adidas paper label; 1 KM Mack cutting machine; 3 Q.X.YUN QX6PC steam metal irons.

Currently, the case is being coordinated by the Market Management Team No. 20 with relevant units to verify, clarify and handle according to regulations.

Earlier, the Lang Son functional force had conducted a sudden inspection to find out that the store was selling 10 pairs of fake leather shoes with LV-Louis Vuitton labels, with signs of counterfeit trademarks being protected in Vietnam.

The Market Management Team No. 7, the Market Management Department of Lang Son province has just unexpectedly inspected the World Store at: No. 25, Nguyen Du Street, Vinh Trai Ward, Lang Son City, Lang Son Province by Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong, born in 1977, residing at 211B, Nguyen Du Street, Dong Kinh Ward is the head of business household.

At the time of inspection, the inspection team discovered that the store was selling 10 pairs of imitation leather shoes with LV-Louis Vuitton mark, showing signs that counterfeit trademark goods are being protected in Vietnam. The price calculated according to the price listed on the product at the store is VND 19,200,000. Mr. Thuong could not give the invoices and documents proving the origin of the above 10 pairs of shoes, the permission documents, or the authorization of the Louis-Vuitton trademark owner to allow the distribution of Louis-Vuitton branded products in Vietnam.

Working with the authorities, Mr. Thuong acknowledged the use of his personal Facebook page "Nguyen Thuong" to sell goods including Vietnamese-made shoes and Louis-Vuitton shoes. The Market Management Team No. 7 has made a record, temporarily seizing all of the above goods for handling in accordance with law.
