"Human resource management, team building, PR marketing" for startups
That is the topic of the training course for innovative startups winning the Innovation Startup Competition - Women and the Future of Green Economy (POC3) organized by the Innovation Center Project Management Board response to climate change (VCIC), from June 26-28, 2020.

Participating in the training course, there were representatives of 16 enterprises receiving POC3 funding; pre-incubation businesses and VCIC-supported businesses; Officials of the Project Management Board of VCIC; donor representatives from World Bank, Australian Department of Foreign Affairs, UK Department of International Development.

Through lectures with contents from basic to advanced in admissions management, team building, PR marketing and etc. The training course  brought students useful knowledge to improve human resource management capacity and create a civilized and polite working environment towards gender equality in enterprises. Besides, the course also provided general knowledge about marketing and building strong teams in businesses in general and startups in particular.

Participating in the training course, participants will listen to the following topics: overview of Corporate Culture and team building: concepts and organization; Leadership skills, organization and build up corporate culture, team building; Orient and plan resources for building corporate culture and team building; Recruitment, design and job description skills; Work analysis and human resource allocation skills; Conflict handling skills, staff mobilization skills; Persuasion skills, skills to evaluate work results; Management Psychology, Leadership Arts, Conflict handling;

In the course, participants participated in practical ideas about startup solutions, practice branding market approach, practiced the process of building corporate culture and etc.

After the training, enterprises have received a lot of multidimensional knowledge about the three given areas. Practitioners all think that the knowledge of these three areas is practical application to create the premise for businesses to develop sustainably.
