Vietnam is ready to hold the 2020 World Exhibition
According to the representative of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Vietnam's facilities are world-class and equivalent to all other countries, in which ITU has organized the World Telecom Exhibition.

A recent meeting between the Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Information and Communications) and the representative in charge of security issues of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) took place. The meeting is part of the preparation events for the 2020 Digital World Conference and Exhibition  (ITU Digital World 2020) of which Vietnam is the host country.

At the meeting, the representative of the Department of International Cooperation (Ministry of Information and Communications) said that in order to be selected as the host country of ITU Digital World 2020, Vietnam had to meet many conditions of the International Telecommunication Union.

According to the representative of International Cooperation Department, the organization of ITU Digital World is an opportunity to bring hundreds and thousands of officials of Vietnamese state management agencies and businesses to a favorable environment where Can update information on new technology development trends.

This is also the place where specialized agencies can update on management policy issues in the field of telecommunications and IT. With thousands of international delegates coming to Vietnam, this will also bring huge economic benefits.
