Launch the 3rd Community Initiative Contest in 2019
On August 6, in Hanoi, the Communist Magazine, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Vietnam Electricity Group held a press conference to launch the 3rd Community Initiative Contest.


Mr. Dinh Huu Phi, Director of  National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam(Ministry of Science and Technology) shared about the rules of attending the contest.

The Community Initiative contest aims to create opportunities for organizations and individuals to create i initiatives, ideas and projects to support the community, eradicate hunger and reduce poverty, and develop the country's socio-economic development, contribute to building a strong and civilized country, promote the cause of industrialization and modernization.

Promoting the role of assault and volunteer of officials and employees and workers, people, especially young and intellectuals, to take initiatives to participate in developing and innovating the country, support difficult areas, border areas and islands to develop socio-economy, thereby orienting and educating young people about their love and responsibility to the country.

Building a database of initiatives for leaders and managers to consult in the process of developing the country's socio-economic development policies. Connecting possible initiatives with businesses and organizations to support initiatives that apply to community service practices.

Thereby, promoting the role and contribution of the people, especially the young generation to participate in community development activities, solving social issues, building a beautiful culture for each Vietnamese citizen is responsible for social issues, contributing to the sustainable development of the country. At the same time, educating the young generation of love and responsibility to the Fatherland.

Innovative ideas, excellent initiatives for the community are implemented in many fields, such as education, health, transport, science - technology, tourism, environmental protection, new rural construction. The organization Board also encourage and appreciate the initiatives to support development in difficult areas, border areas and islands.

Mr. Dinh Huu Phi, Director of National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam (Ministry of Science and Technology) shared about the rules of attending the contest. Accordingly, the contest participants are domestic and foreign organizations and individuals, without age restriction, having creative ideas for activities that positively affect the community. Each individual or unit can send one or more exam projects.
