Creative incubator: Many projects have high applicability
The Young Science and Technology Development Center - Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union has held a test of 22 scientific research projects under the Young Science and Technology Incubation Program by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology collaborated with Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union to organize.


The product "Water supply treatment system for disaster areas" of Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry is highly appreciated by the Scientific Council.

In which, there are 7 projects of excellent acceptance, many projects with high applicability can be applied immediately into practice. From the research results of the projects, there are 16 scientific papers published in international journals, 14 other articles published in prestigious domestic journals.

According to the evaluation of the Scientific Council, many projects with high applicability can be implemented in practice such as "Research on water treatment system for disaster areas." The stugy was carried by Dr. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Ho Chi Minh City Food Industry University, "Low-cost lab-on-a-chip fabrication laboratory research helps implement the on-site DNA amplification LAMP reaction for rapid testing of common infectious diseases in Vietnam.” The study was implemented by Engineer Nguyen Hoang Tuan - International University - Ho Chi Minh City National University. Besides, some projects have 2 or 3 articles published in international journals.

In 2019, the program received more than 80 pre-qualification applications, currently the presiding agency is preparing to approve for 2019-2020. The new point of this year's program is that each research topic holds a scientific workshop to publish research results, workshops have contributed to creating exciting scientific activities in the units and collecting many opinions of experts to complete the research project.

The Creative Incubator Program aims to encourage, facilitate, and promote the potential of youth, creativity of the city youth in participating in creative activities and scientific research, thereby setting out models - new and effective solutions, incubating young scientists, contributing to the economic, cultural and social development of the city and the country.
