IoT Innovation Hub: Contribute to building the foundation for innovation activities in Vietnam
On April 10, 2019, the Ministry of Science and Technology and Ericsson Company (Sweden) organized the launching ceremony of the Internet of Things Innovation Center (IoT Innovation Hub), launched at Hoa Lac High-Tech Park (Hanoi).

It officially launched on April 10, 2019 in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park (Hanoi), the Internet of Things Innovation Center (IoT Innovation Hub) was expected by the Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh will become an important basis for many innovation activities as well as improving the capacity to access the 4th industrial revolution in Vietnam.

To achieve this goal, IoT Innovation Hub will have activities to train human resources and support R&D for innovation startups, while contributing to improving capacity and promoting the progress of 4th industrial revolutionary access in Vietnam through cooperative activities among private enterprises and domestic and international research units.

At the opening ceremony of the Center, emphasizing the role of the Center on a large scale is "to contribute to building the foundation for Vietnam's innovation activities", Minister of Science and Technology Chu Ngoc Anh said: " The mastery and exploitation of the fundamental technologies of the 4th industrial revolution such as IoT will contribute to creating opportunities for developing countries, including Vietnam, to surpass some industries and economic and social sector and fields.”

Therefore, he expects, "The Center will become a connecting point and provide a creative platform, support innovation startups and create an environment for young people to learn the latest trends in IoT in the world".
