This morning, experts answered online on goods labeling contributes to preventing origin fraud
The talk show "Transparency in labeling of goods - Base of origin fraud prevention" took place at 9:30 AM on July 19 and online Vietnam Quality.

Decree No. 43/2017 replaces the Government's Decree No. 89/2006 on goods labels to solve difficulties for businesses, create a favorable business environment and improve competitiveness.

Recently, the Directorate of Standardization, Metrology and Quality has organized many workshops to get comments on the Circular guiding Decree No. 43 to ensure continued guidance and create favorable conditions for enterprises to make clear and transparent goods labels, create a favorable business environment, improve the efficiency of state management of goods labels, and enhance consumer protection in choosing products and goods with transparent and clear labels and comply with legal regulations on goods labels.

The program refers to the notable points of Decree 43/2017 / ND-CP on goods labels, regulating the way of recording and state management of labels for goods circulated in Vietnam; Answer information and problems for businesses to ensure consistency in the way of understanding and implementation of enterprises and state management agencies to create a favorable business environment, improve national competitiveness.
